The department has well-qualified and experienced faculty who are specialists in the areas of network security and cryptography, databases, wireless networks, artificial intelligence, operating systems and programming languages etc. There are a sizable number of senior faculty members with over 10 years of experience in the stream.
The research areas in the department include network security, cryptography, wireless sensor networks, data mining and cloud computing. Our department faculty and students have presented and published papers in many national and international conferences.
