NCC is a highly reputed body and holds a second line of defence. Thus, SRM IST-VDP has pledged the cadets to become a resilient mind, fit body and committed heart. This extracurricular activity motivates the students to jump into adventure and make them find out how far they can go. Therefore, along with academic credentials, students were put up in social responsibility. This equips them with sound body and mind. The enthusiastic cadets will get the opportunities to explore beyond boundaries. An overall performance the cadet exhibits throughout the life is a guaranteed blessing in this preparation. The sense of love for the country makes one to not only to raise the flag but to be righteous in the entire life. The patriotism which he/she bears in the heart reflects in all the behavior.
