A 30-seater fine dine training restaurant which is specially designed for educational environment, where students learn the art of fine service and culinary practices. Chef and Food and Beverage faculties support the culinary arts students in ensuring that guests enjoy a contemporary and elegant dining experience.

Training bar of the Institute is equipped to train the students regarding the service of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the preparation of various cocktails and mock tails.

This is a simulation of hotel type front desk and reception area, with the hospitality management software for training students in hotel process and soft skills.

A modern guest room with all services and amenities found in best of the hotels will be created for hospitality students to learn.
